Worship at All Saints' Church

Sundays 8.00am - Holy Communion. Our first service on a Sunday is for those who prefer the Common Worship traditional language said order of service.

The Main Sunday service is in church at 10am. The service ends by 11.15am. If you wish the church to pray for you or a loved one during this service please let one of the Priests know. If you want someone to pray with you privately, either at church or at home click on (Principal Contact Details).

  • Holy Communion on 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month - This is a service which uses contemporary language, making it easier for all people to follow, at whatever stage of their journey of faith. Our young people leave for “Smilers” after a child friendly presentation and some songs, returning later to inform us what they have done and learnt. Any child and parent may join our "Smilers Sunday School" who meet in the Glebe Centre on Parish Communion Sundays in school term time.
  • All Age Communion on the 2nd Sunday of the month. - Simple Communion for all the family.
  • Worship Together 10.00, last Sunday of the month - Less formal worship for all ages. (This is not a Communion service).
  • On special occasions we hold a Café Church, either starting with breakfast at 9.15 or starting at 11.00 and leading into lunch. See calendar for details.

After the 10.00 service there is the opportunity to chat over light refreshments in the Glebe Centre

Messy Church: Sundays once a month at 4.00 - 5.30pm: We start with craft activities on a bible theme, followed by a short ‘Celebration’ in which we hear a Bible story and pray. We finish by sharing tea together. This is a time for all the family together (children need to be accompanied by an adult). Please bring a plate of food for the bring-and-share tea.

Evensong 6.00pm First Sunday of the month, led by the choir.
